By using our Site and Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.

Waitlistboost is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that enables users (“Users”, “you”) to create and manage waitlists for projects, collect potential customer leads, and track performance metrics through a web-based dashboard.

Waitlistboost offers:
	•	A free plan allowing limited use of the Services for testing purposes (up to 10 collected leads).
	•	A paid subscription plan for extended and professional use.

All Services are provided online; no software is downloaded or installed by the User.

2. Subscriptions, Payments, and Cancellations
	•	Access to premium features requires a paid subscription.
	•	Pricing, billing cycles, and features are detailed on the Site and may be updated periodically.
	•	Subscriptions are automatically renewed unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
	•	Users may cancel their subscription at any time through their account dashboard. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
	•	Promotional launch pricing may change over time, and Waitlistboost reserves the right to adjust prices with reasonable prior notice.

3. Leads Collection and Ownership
	•	All leads collected through a User’s waitlist campaign are the sole property of the User.
	•	Waitlistboost may internally use aggregated, anonymized, or statistical data derived from lead activities to improve its Services.
	•	Leads are not sold, shared, or made accessible to other Users or third parties.
	•	Disclaimer: Waitlistboost does not guarantee the authenticity, human origin, or quality of the collected leads. Leads may include submissions from automated bots.

4. User Data and Privacy
	•	We collect personal data including names, email addresses, and payment information, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
	•	We also collect non-personal data through cookies and similar technologies.
